I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 2-4 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
How long are shipping times?
All orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx. Average transit times are 5-7 Business days.
Because third party carriers ship our products, there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; any delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact us.
I entered my address incorrectly
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours of your placing an order.
Returns
Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns. We only accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Such item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. Further, you must contact us within 14 days of the item(s)’s arrival date to take advantage of this return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returning a product to us without our authorization will not result in a refund or exchange, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that we incur.
